Getting the Kids Eating
Participants of the workshop are armed with the knowledge, the plan and the confidence to go home and make real and sustainable changes to mealtimes and feeding.
This Confident Eater plan will guide them through changing eating habits, attitudes and begin the journey of building confident eaters.
The workshop is three hours packed full of information appropriate to your family plus 1 hour (post/prior) of high impact and effective strategies for addressing picky eating.
Learn the psychology of eating, how to change habits and attitudes and make mealtimes fun. Take away a step by step personalized plan for your child and your family so you are able to confidently implement change at home.
