Often getting older kids eating can be challenging. There are years of habits to unpick, far more independence and of course the tendency not to want to listen to parents.
On the other hand it can also be a massive positive. Older kids "get" concepts super quickly and you can have fabulous conversations to advance the cause.
They are also far more open to logical debate and generally have more of a handle on any additional issues like sensory aversions.
