![]() I was delighted to receive this from the mum of a pretty selective "tween." Mum bought the guide Creating Confident Eaters to see if she could utilise it to make progress with her daughter. There are a lot of other challenges for the family so making time to work specifically on the picky eating is not easy. Ella * is 10 and and doesn't eat fruit and veg and is bothered by smells and textures. She has also not added any new foods for a long time. The guide has shown her mum that it is possible to make progress with Ella. It will probably be a long and slow process but as mum says "I feel much more hopeful she can change".
There have been some small wins and that is all we need to know that:
The guide was my way of reaching more families and for providing a tool that really can be used to enable even very selective eaters to move forwards. And all at an affordable price. I have had the book reviewed by a team of early childhood educators and they have deemed it "A fantastic book Judith! It’s great to have such a practical resource that we can now recommend to parents that are struggling with fussy eating." * story retold with permission. Name changed for privacy.
