When it comes to making a difference in the eating habits, patterns and confidence of our picky eating child, we are almost always the ones best placed to do this. But, we do need the tools to do so.
The internet is full of advice on everything from spaceships to risotto. Which can be a blessing. It can also be a minefield as sorting out the good from the bad can be very challenging.
Our new programs are designed to help you to do this. I have written them based on my study and my experience working with over 100 families with a fussy eater every year. I know that what I am teaching you is proven to work.
Whether it be the introductory module which demonstrates how to reset the feeding dynamic in your house and shows you the best way to approach meal and the language to use. Giving you a basic understanding too of how eating works for your child which is really, really useful and prevents inadvertently hindering progress.
Or, is it the trying foods module, that takes you step by step through the ways to support a child to try new foods. It’s so logical once you understand how learning to try works, and a real relief to know that you are doing everything you can to support progress.
Meal by meal plans and knowing how to approach food and feeding in a new way to enable your child to add new foods is the final of the teaching modules. This takes you step by step through strategies that are specifically designed to add new foods to the diet.
There is also a support option so you get me coaching, helping and offering suggestions every step of the way.
Or, if you’d like the full whistles and bells, or have a child who is an extremely selective eater, you can opt for the Mega module which puts everything together.
I’m sharing a little bit of Noah’s * story here. He was 3, had a very limited diet, was dropping foods and had only one dinner option. You can imagine how stressful this was for his parents.
I had an e-mail today from his mum to say “Have seen a major improvement with Noah and he is eating a lot more”. I also know that his mum has invested time and energy into making this work. Our system is very simple but it is not necessarily easy.
On the plus side Noah has added a lot of foods and is happily eating fruit every day. He also eats a vegetable – woo hoo. Is he eating everything his mum puts in front of him? No! But he is still young and there is plenty of time for him to learn to do this. Noah was also starting with a very narrow band of foods so for him, progress was always going to be slow.
His mum says her top tips have been cutting back on snacks and therefore having Noah come to the table more hungry, giving him the option of 2 things and him eating with them.
If you haven’t checked out the new modules yet please have a look. Especially with Christmas/holidays coming up, this is the perfect time to resolve issues. The pricing is shockingly good so I feel it’s why not, rather than why so 😊 Any questions feel free to talk to me directly.
