If you have a selective eater in the household then quality counts. The less variety children eat, the more important each mouthful.
So if you're choosing sausages the better the quality the more meat, the less fillers and the more nutrients. Try and apply this rule to all foods. Pasta/nuggets/crackers.
Let's stuff as many nutrients into out kids as possible, even if they have a limited range of foods they'll accept.
