I was invited to a Women's Business Group Christmas party and needed to take a plate.
Never wanting to pass up an opportunity to do some food art I created a rosemary wreath. Given the cheese, tomatoes and olives crackers were an obvious addition. So I made some thyme and parmesan ones.
As many selective eaters live on pasta, crackers and bread it's great if you can choose the best options of these available to maximise nutrients.
The crackers are Wholemeal Spelt and contain no additives, no sugars and taste amazing. They keep well and are super simple to make. In fact this batch took me 10 mins to make and another 10 to bake.
