Their child eats OKKKKKAAAY, but not great. Things are not terrible but they could definitely be better. These new programs are absolutely for you. Will your child grow out of picky eating? It's always challenging to know. Sometimes yes, for 5-10% of children, no, not without intervention. But a better question to ask is "how much easier would life be if my child ate more widely?". Not just for you but for them too. This is absolutely the right time to make the changes. Yes, it's a brutal, exhausting term, but imagine having an easier Christmas and reaping the rewards during the long summer holidays ...
