Christmas with picky eater
And with it often a lot of angst and stress for parents of picky eaters. Being surrounded by relatives and friends, being out of routine and often away from home can make eating considerably worse.

Traditional Christmas meals of turkey are also not usually selective child friendly!

I will write at length about how to manage Christmas more comfortably with a hesitant eater closer to the time. Or:

Let's get those issues sorted :) There is time to work with me and change what's happening in the eating sphere. I have some fab new programs that let you dip your toes in and do bite-sized modules at very affordable prices.

Check out the bite-sized modules section on the website and see what you think. Feel free to contact me and have a chat about what would be appropriate for your family too. I've already spoken to loads of mums.

I know there are many parents out there who are limping too. Their child eats OKKKKKAAAY, but not great. Things are not terrible but they could definitely be better. These new programs are absolutely for you.
Will your child grow out of picky eating? It's always challenging to know. Sometimes yes, for 5-10% of children, no, not without intervention.

But a better question to ask is "how much easier would life be if my child ate more widely?". Not just for you but for them too.

This is absolutely the right time to make the changes. Yes, it's a brutal, exhausting term, but imagine having an easier Christmas and reaping the rewards during the long summer holidays ...
